How does one apply to become a citizen of Antigua and Barbuda?

The primary applicant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Dependents of the primary applicant may be included in his or her citizenship application. Dependents include:

  • Spouse of the primary applicant
  • Dependent child of primary applicant or spouse up to 17 years old
  • Dependent child of primary applicant or spouse 18 – 25 years old
  • Dependent parents and/or grandparents of primary applicant or spouse over 65 years old

The Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013 allows persons 18 years of age and over who qualify, to obtain Antigua and Barbuda citizenship through one of three investment options under the program. These options are: National Development Fund (NDF), Real Estate or Business Investment.
